Emma Jones

Emma has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research – specialising in the cognitive neuroscience of decision-making. After being introduced to the right people at the right time at Hay-on-Wye, Emma was fortunate enough to join the Cynefin Centre team and has been working with SenseMaker® since 2016. The projects she has been involved in cover a wide range of subjects and disciplines including Government work, healthcare, agriculture, education, music, addiction, religion and, more recently, intimate partner violence.

Given her keen interest in Philosophy, as well as her work co-creating The Making of Meaning programme, Emma is passionate about how people find meaning from life and their experiences, recovery journeys, and finding strength and empowerment in the sharing of narratives.
