As a consultant Anna implements narrative approach to assist decision-makers in sensemaking in complex environments. More specifically, she focuses on research instrument design and testing, project management, client engagement, data analysis (Sensemaker® and R), facilitation, and training.
Anna has developed her expertise in data-driven knowledge management and evidence-based policy making by leading and contributing to projects in the fields of healthcare, international development, public and private sector management and organisational change. More recently she has worked on gathering and using narrative data for evidence-based policy-making in Bangladesh, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia and the UK.
Anna earned an undergraduate degree in economics, postgraduate degree in statistics, and a PhD in Strategy from Trinity College, University of Dublin. She previously worked as a lecturer and ran a research department in a London-based knowledge management consultancy.
