To login you only need to enter the email address and the password you used when you registered then click on Submit.
If you have forgotten your password then click on the "Forgotten your Password" link on the Login page and you will be taken to the Send password page. Enter your email address that you signed up with and we will send your login details including your password to the email address.

Still can not logon - can your browser accept Cookies?

When you login to the website we "Set a Cookie" on your computer. This Cookie is a small file that is written into the cache of your web browser, if your security settings on your computer are set too high then your web browser will Reject the Cookie.
If this happens then the website will not be able to identify you and you will not be allowed to access some information including information stored in the knowledgebase.

Why do we use Cookies? - Well we need to be able to uniquely identify uses who access the information contained on the website, your access level will determine what facilities you will have access to. Apart from an identification id assigned to you when you register no other information is stored on your computer and we do not share your information with anyone else.

Once a Cookie is set it will remain on your computer until it expires, for Practitioners and Researchers due to their higher level of access the cookies expire as soon as you close your browser window. For general users your cookies last one month so if you return to the website up to one month later using the same PC we will recognise you and you will not have to login again.
