Using SenseMaker® to evaluate learning programs
SenseMaker® Use Case
Use Case Description
Use Case Details

Melbourne Business School Mt Eliza Executive Education, in partnership with Emerging Options, is engaging in the ongoing evaluation of a suite of learning programs conducted by a major Global Business Services Firm.

This exciting and unique program is the result of a project at MBS Executive Education to advance the work being done around the world in evaluating the impact of Executive Education interventions.

SenseMaker™ software was used at several key points of each program to obtain feedback from participants and other key stakeholders to allow a continuous improvement process in design and delivery. This evaluation design allows program interventions to be mapped to business outcomes. The continuous improvement model will provide recommendations for change to both program design and delivery.
